CMS Athletic Policies:
  • No student shall try-out or practice without a physical on the correct form.  Form H31 is the only acceptable physical form for CMS athletes.
  • Students may practice or try-out without completing their Code of Conduct/Drug Testing Consent Form, but he or she cannot play in a game until it is completed and turned into their coach.
  • All physicals and drug test consent forms need to be turned into the coach.

FOOTBALL CAMP:  MAY 20-23, 3-5PM

CMS Football Camp has been moved to the spring.  The camp will be held at CMS for any incoming 7th graders and current students of CMS.  Whether you plan to play at CMS or Pop Warner in the fall, you may attend this camp.  The camp will run on the CMS football field.  You will need to wear a t-shirt/jersey, athletic shorts and football shoes or sneakers.  NO football equipment will be worn at this camp.  Bring the player questionnaire with you to camp (this form can be found as page 2 of the "Information to incoming 7th and 8th graders" below.  If you have any questions, please email:  stan.rettew@duneland.k12.in.us.
